The visitor/user is kindly requested to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes. The continued use of the website lametall.com even after any changes means the unconditional acceptance of these terms by the visitor/user.

PRODUCT ORDERING AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Orders through the online store lametall.com constitute conclusion of a distance sales contract, which are governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force) and the amendments referred to in Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Official Government Gazette A' 116/16.05.2003) and Decision 31619 Of the Official Government Gazette 969/22.3.2017 as well as the adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, published in the Official Journal of the European Union with number L 304 of 22.11.2011 as it entered into force on 13/06/2014.
The user has the right to conclude a valid order through the online store, provided that he is legally competent in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided that he has reached the eighteenth year of age and is not in judicial custody regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be made by legal representatives of legal entities. Our company reserves the right to claim the return from the supervisor or guardian of any orders made by legally incapacitated persons.
PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH THE E-SHOP

RETURNS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Return policy
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased in Greece through the online store lametall.com.
Order cancellation
When you place your order through the online store lametall.com, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you placed the order.
For any case of product return you can send us your request through e-mail at info@lametall.com. For any information you need, you can contact us by consulting the contact details of our site. The products you want to return should be in perfect condition, with its packaging closed. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is subject to warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the packaging of the product you should make sure to return it in perfect condition, along with all of the parts and accessories of which it is consisted.
You agree to be responsible of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to our store or to the shipping company or courier company.
Our company is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products it offers to its customers. All products are received by suppliers packaged. In the event that a defective product is found in the delivered products, you reserve the right to return and replace it with our shipping costs.
In case they are not returned within 15 days then our company may not accept any return or replacement of a product. In any case, the maximum time limit of return for replacement cannot be extended beyond fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided by the return policy, they are recognized in each
case all rights that apply to consumers from the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any right arising in relation to the terms of guarantee of the products.
Transport of returned products
In case you wish to return any goods because you’ve changed your opinion, you will be charged with the immediate cost of returning the products. The receipt of the returned products can be done only from the address you had stated in the first place for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.
You agree to provide our company with as much detail as possible about the pick-up address of the goods, for example the floor where the goods are located, difficulties in accessing the carrier/courier, having an elevator, narrow stairs, etc., in order to facilitate the pick-up process from the area you indicate. You agree that there will be appropriate access to the site for the receipt of the returned goods.
If the carrier/ courier considers that the receipt of the products from the place you indicate, may cause damage to your property, he will inform you verbally and will record it on the receipt form. You may instruct the cooperating transport company /courier to collect the products despite this suggestion, however we will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to your property or the goods since the collection of the products will be done with due care and care.
You agree to provide the partner with all the products you wish to return, including all parts and components that make them up. Upon receipt of the returned goods by the carrier you will sign a receipt form to certify that the delivery has been made to the carrier. The pick-up form will be given to you by the cooperating carrier/courier.
If you cannot be present yourself upon receipt of the goods from the site, you can appoint a representative to undertake this process on your behalf. This representative should be an adult and able to supervise the receipt of your products instead of you.
Refund of the price of returned products
If you meet the return requirements, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return in the same way that you made the original transaction unless you wish another return method for which you must inform us in writing.
The refund of the refunded products will take place as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place after you inform us in writing about the request for return of the products and we accept their return as well as if the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport company / courier.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- the supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications set by you as a consumer or clearly personalized (Private Label Products)
- the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparable mixed with other elements
MISCELLANEOUS
- Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you by phone or e-mail, in order to indicate to us if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order. Our company bears no responsibility for any situation that is out of its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
- In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that some or some products are missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the details required and send you the products you did not receive without any extra charge.
- Modification of the terms hereof: Our company reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. It undertakes to inform this text of any change or addition to the terms.
- In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and if a long time has elapsed since the registration of the order), please contact our company. For your convenience and fastest service, we recommend that you indicate the special order code that has been sent to the e-mail address you provided during your order.
According to Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into Greek law by Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015 and Decision 31619 Of the Official Government Gazette 969/22.3.2017 (article 8), the possibility of online resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure is provided throughout the European Union. If the Customer has a problem with a purchase made from the Online Store and resides in the EU, he/she may use the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show for the out-of-court settlement of the dispute.
